LeisureFLOOR PRO floating slabs can be designed with fully fibre reinforced concrete to allow fixings into the slab without the risk of hitting rebar.
LeisureFLOOR NEO
LeisureFLOOR NEO floating floors can be designed with a combination of timber, plasterboard and cement particle board layers to offer variable mass and resistance to moisture.

LeisureFLOOR LITE floating floors can be designed with a combination of timber, plasterboard and cement particle board layers to offer variable mass and resistance to moisture.
LeisureFLOOR MAX

CineFLOOR LITE
Where an existing structure can’t support the load of a heavyweight floating slab, CineFLOOR LITE utilises our very lowest dynamic stiffness isolators to extract the maximum possible low-frequency performance from a lightweight floating slab.

Designed specifically for 4DX auditoria, CineFLOOR MAX incorporates high damping isolators to control and constrain vibration while still providing exceptionally high sound insulation.
Bowling Acoustic Isolation
BowlFLOOR PRO
BowlFLOOR PRO is designed to deliver the greatest balance of acoustic isolation, performance and cost. An intermediate layer between the bowling lane and the isolator boosts acoustic isolation performance by providing additional mass damping and reducing dynamic stiffness. Comprising of dry-trades only, BowlFLOOR PRO is also designed to deliver optimal installation speed.
BowlFLOOR LITE
Where an existing structure can’t support the load of a heavyweight floating slab, BowlFLOOR LITE utilises high dynamic deflection polyurethane to extract the maximum possible low-frequency isolation from bowling lane structures that don’t incorporate an additional floating slab.
BowlFLOOR MAX
Providing high levels of acoustic isolation to bowling lanes is difficult as the isolators must be soft and compressible, yet resist varying loads across the approach, lanes and pinsetter. This has the potential to lead to inconsistent deflection. BowlFLOOR MAX is designed around a carefully calculated trio of isolators and combined with a concrete slab to deliver the very highest levels of acoustic isolation with competition standard deflection consistency.

Each grade of Farrat Acoustic Floating Floors incorporates natural rubber isolators that are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2021 compliant quality management system. These isolators have undergone rigorous performance testing in UKAS and IPAC accredited laboratories, ensuring they meet the highest standards of acoustic isolation. The compounding and manufacture of our isolators are supported by over 62 years of research and development in elastomer science, reflecting our commitment to continuous innovation and quality.
Special attention has been given to the buildability, reliability, and robustness of each design. This approach ensures that both installers and operators benefit from enhanced acoustic performance, longevity, and cost-effectiveness over the lifecycle of the system.

Installation Services
Farrat Installation Services have supplied clients from a wide range of projects with the guarantee of complete isolation, overseen by our team of project managers and engineers with specialist experience in acoustic and vibration isolation.
If installation is not required from Farrat we will support project managers and contractors with onsite installation training.
