The Project

The Curio Hotel, part of the Hilton corporation, upholds the esteemed reputation the brand has built over the last century.

It lies in the heart of London, just a minute’s walk from the River Thames. Their luxurious, unique design is famous internationally and the same goes for the beautiful interior of the Curio. A rather interesting amenity within this central hotel is the one lane bowling alley. This feature emphasises the lively yet intimate environment created in the hotel and provides guests with an exclusive entertainment experience.

Key value we brought to the project

The Curio is a relaxing and calm space, and therefore must have effective acoustic isolation to ensure no disturbance to the other guests. Farrat was challenged with finding a solution for the bowling alley. Following the advice of experienced acoustician Sharps Redmore, we supplied our BowlFLOOR PRO range products to Filetum Limited, who expertly installed this.
