Farrat is delighted to have celebrated the successes of its team this year with a Summer Social held at Manchester Airport’s Runway
Visitor Park on Thursday 21st July.
The team spent the afternoon on the ‘Technically Concorde’ tour, inspecting the supersonic airliner which measures 204ft in length and uses the most powerful pure jet engines flying commercially.
Concorde flew over 2.5 million passengers supersonically during its service and celebrates the fastest-yet transatlantic crossing (New York to London in 52 minutes and 59 seconds).
