Big Penny Social is a popular social and entertainment venue that offers a variety of activities including ping pong, live music, hospitality, and events. Key value we brought to the project: Farrat supplied 50m² of LeisureFLOOR LITE across three rooms that required high performance acoustic floating floors. These bespoke acoustic systems were essential in preserving the lively and multi-functional character of Big Penny Social, allowing the venue to host live music and entertainment without compromising comfort or sound isolation. By mitigating structure-borne noise and vibration, LeisureFLOOR LITE ensured an enhanced experience for visitors while maintaining harmony between the various active zones within the venue, including hospitality, gaming, and private events. The lightweight nature of the system also facilitated efficient installation within the constraints of the historic building.
