Our passion & personalities matter

Farrat are passionate about social mobility and encouraging people from a wide range of backgrounds to consider engineering as an exciting career.

We work with local schools and colleges in the area, helping young people to practice life and employment skills offering work experience and placements.

Farrat in the community

We work with both mainstream young people, and those with additional needs, because we strongly believe that it is through bringing together a wide range of people that we can develop the most innovative engineering solutions.

Our staff are encouraged to regularly volunteer to work on local projects, from creating neighbourhood gardens and refurbishing community centre buildings to collecting food and school supplies for families that are struggling. We take social responsibility seriously and want our team to know that Farrat look to positively contribute to grass roots charities and local groups and make a difference to the area.
