On 19 November, Farrat was proud to attend The Manufacturing Institute Lean Manufacturing Fellowship Conferment Ceremony to support Gareth Hogburn in receiving his Lean Manufacturing Fellowship Award.
Having under taken 10 weeks of study, Gareth is now able to apply tried and tested techniques to optimise the practical processes within Farrat’s manufacturing business, driving up profits and enhancing its competitiveness through lead time reduction, reduced inventory and overall cost saving.
