Our inhouse manufacturing facility is operated by a diverse multi-skilled team.

All staff set annual objectives with their Cell Leaders designed to develop their personal skills and knowledge. This approach has resulted in a truly flexible workforce which has contributed to our reputation for always finding a way.

Our apprenticeship programme follows our production and assembly process, providing a structured route for our modern apprentices.
