The Project

Key value we brought to the project

Farrat were appointed by Morrisroe to carry our the design, supply and installation of a pre-cast floating floor slab with an insitu concrete topping. This system was supported on a secondary steel structure which in turn was supported on 100mmm thick Farrat Hybrid Bearings grouted to the primary structure.

Farrat Installation Services carried out the installation which included:

Forming, pouring and chamfering of grout beds
Placing 244no. 100mm thick Hybrid Bearings

Farrat Installation Services successfully carried out the installation 2 weeks ahead of the programme and performed with safe and tidy work procedures. The team of the ground were also very helpful and great to work with.
